I can not say enough how amazing this staff is! We were traveling through on Christmas Eve for a family emergency and lost a tire. We were literally stranded with no available tire to be found until we called Car Care. They got us a tire, picked up, mounted and delivered. They went way above any customer service I’ve ever experienced. Thank you all so much!! What a blessing you were!
Great service, amazing management and particularly Mr. Rusty, who was so professional, kind and understanding to my case. I ran over a tree branch, which hit underneath my car transmission, and started to make noise. This was my first time visiting the store, and by far, it was incredible experience from the time I checked in to the time I received my car back. Mr. Rusty accepted my car even though, they were busy. The staff fixed the car and not even charged me for the time it takes to be fixed. These guys are amazing! And they truly care about your satisfaction. Their customer service and their technicians are unmatched. I had a full tire change and alignment that needed to be done. They found a few minor problems that I had caused with my lift kit, but they offered REAL solutions and walked me through the process....step by step.
