Contacting the shop
When you send an inquiry, Madison Car Care receives your name, email address, phone number, service or product interests, message and applicable vehicle details. The shop uses this information to respond to questions and coordinate service. Submitting an inquiry does not confirm an appointment or sign you up for marketing. Email reaches the shop at mcarcare25@gmail.com. Do not send payment details, passwords, identification documents or other sensitive information.
Website operation
This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers, embedded maps or social feeds. It does not store your contact details in browser storage. Your browser may independently retain browsing history or offer autofill.
The website host may process ordinary access and security information, including IP addresses, requested pages, timestamps and browser information, to operate and protect the site. Big Mountain Computers provides hosting and technical maintenance.
Online inquiry protection
The form sends your information to the shop by email. It does not put your details in public URLs, cookies or browser storage, and it does not accept payments or attachments.
The application keeps limited security counters and duplicate-request references, not a database of inquiry messages. These contain keyed identifiers rather than raw IP addresses or contact details. Their validity periods are up to 24 hours; expired entries are cleared during later submission processing, so they may remain longer while the site is idle. Email systems separately handle messages and delivery records.
Email and records
MCC staff use correspondence to handle your inquiry. Hosting and email providers also process information needed to deliver their services. Information needed for ongoing work, warranty questions, disputes or other recordkeeping obligations may be retained. Hosting logs and backup copies follow their applicable operating schedules.
Other websites
Google Maps and SureCritic links take you to other websites, which apply their own privacy practices.
